Nurturing Souls offers a range of supportive services for individuals that are age 21 or older, enrolled in (DDD) NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities program. Our staff assists with the following:
- Personalized Support Plans (ISP): Tailored plans that address the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each individual.
- Life Skills: Focused on developing daily living skills, such as completing domestic tasks, budgeting and personal hygiene.
- Social Skills: Activities aimed at enhancing communication, relationship-building and social interactions.
- Recreational Activities: Organized events and activities that promote physical health, creativity, and social engagement.
- Community Integration: Opportunities for individuals to participate in community events and develop social connections.
These services aim to assist and empower individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life.
All services are provided according to the individuals' ISP.
Servicing the following counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem
